- The overwhelming abundance of food, family and friends that we are blessed with on this Thanksgiving. And that I didn't have to cook it or for any of them.
- A strong healthy body and heart combined with a beautiful, crisp and sunny day to run a race and perform even better than I could have hoped for.
- Whatever the contributing factors I am grateful for a holiday that was, despite the curve balls thrown my way, nervous break-down free. This is a rare (possibly a first) thing.
I am grateful for the time I spent with my sister yesterday and for the fabulous food she prepared for us. It is something that doesn't happen often and it was pure joy.
I am also grateful for the bit of rain we had yesterday and it appears we've had again overnight. I'd be a little more thankful if it were snow! ;-)

I am grateful for the simple comforts of a warm home, abundant food, a hot cup of tea.

I am grateful for a Thanksgiving Day spent with family and friends. I am especially grateful for the life of my father; he recently passed away and although we all miss him, we all feel so blessed to have had such a wonderful father, grandfather, uncle, & friend.
