Despite it all, the madness, the unfortunate downslide, all of the controversy and just bad stuff, at one time there was the genius. This is my favorite song and I remember this great performance.

He WAS a genius. I loved him and wish he had not lived in a (probably self-imposed) hell for that last decade. Poor guy.

Great video. Yes there was a genius despite all of the other stuff. A life that ended way too soon. May he rest in peace.
