Only a week late, but the year got off to a heaving good start around here and while other family members seemed to bounce back fairly quickly, I must have relapsed or something and was either sick or just unable to tolerate food for a good six days.
I had so many plans to start the new year blogging and posting all of the stuff I've been working on plus the mundane minutia of my days, but a late start is better than none at all, right? Today has been a lazy, hang around the house day. I did get out to visit my niece who just birthed the next generation of our family. She had a gorgeous boy, Cameron. Knitting is happening......
I'm going to get back to the knitting, but how about a little music for a lazy weekend? I've had Pandora on all day, listening to a channel based on Jane Monheit for part of the day and then switching to an Eva Cassidy inspired station for the rest. I love being introduced to new artists this way, but even more when I look over to see who it is I am hearing and find it is an old favorite.
Not old or new, but fun:
2011. One. What's your favorite listening for a laid back, lazy day?
This is a message for Toni: I lost your email address and am wondering how you are doing and if we might see you on Thursday night. Please email me.
