Cookie!

I'm happy you're happy, but I'm also bummed. I'm going to miss hearing from you every day.

Happy New Year!

Renee

Fabulous post! And what an achievement with 365. I really enjoy reading your blog and wish you happy knitting and a very Happy New Year!

Jen B

Thanks for the 14 months of posts - I'm a lurker, but I have loved to come and see what you were thinking. Oh and blue happens to be my favorite color, so I always love to see what you're knitting.

Ruth

Congratulations!! I have really enjoyed your posts this year, and will enjoy them next year, too ... whenever they come.

Wishing you and yours a very happy 2009 ....

jill

I have enjoyed coming home, making a quick snack, and sitting down with you each day. My family has loved your Saturday videos. Enjoy some well deserved blog free evenings. More time for knitting!

susan

I never had any doubt that you'd make it through all 365 posts. Kudos!!
Now, don't you have 12 sweaters to knit?

Theresa

I, for one, have enjoyed reading you every day this year. Whether it is "natural" or not, the mind wants to categorize. We like beginnings and endings, and we paint a year in its entirety as a single stroke in our memories. I know you'll have a lot of memories of this past year, and they will all be written down.

pumpkinmama

I have so loved reading you each day, even though I probably didn't comment as much as I should have. I will miss seeing a daily post from you, for sure. Happy New Year, my friend.

Paula

Well done Terry. Now go knit yourself something nice.

Nora

Cheers to you, Terry! A good job, well done. Happy 2009.

Anne

Happy New Year! I hope every day in 2009 is just as you want it to be. :)

The Attic

You're a better man than I am, Gunga Din! Seriously, will miss the daily posts. Thanks for the past year+.

Kim

Happy 2009! I have enjoyed reading your daily posts, but completely understand wanting to blog less. I am greatly relieved to be finished with daily posting and I only did it for 2 months.

margene

You, Sandy, Norma, Nora, Lucia, and Jennifer have entertained us for so long it's going to be so strange to not have a daily dose. I have complete admiration for your all. 14 months is a long time and I appreciated your effort every single day. Enjoy your freedom!

CyndiG

Congratulations! And Happy New Year! Selfishly, I will miss the nightly blog entries, but I can understand how relieved you must be feeling. Nevertheless, keep writing: it is a good way to sort out what is going on in your life ... and fun for us to read!

Oh, by the way, we installed our smoke alarms! in.

lynn

Congratulations on a great year of blogging! Thank you so much for entertaining me every morning; I can see I'm going to have to develop a new routine for 2009. And happy new year to you and yours!

lynn

Congratulations on a great year of blogging; I've really enjoyed it! Now I'll have to develop a new morning routine, alas. Happy New Year to you and yours!

lynn

Oh, hell, the damnable computer trolls wouldn't take the first comment, so I tried again. Of course, once I tried to repeat myself, it came out differently AND both comments posted. Pisser. It's the patience to deal with computer eccentricities that escapes me.

Laurie

I have so loved reading your random neural firings. I am mourning the end of the regularity.

Mr. E and I were discussing exactly what you were writing about in the first paragraph. YOu phrased it so much more eloquently and accurately than we did in our drive-home musings. That, too, is something I will miss reading here regularly.

Hugs to you in the New Year, and hoping to see more of you.

DebbieB

I hope you find many more days to post than not, because I enjoy reading you so very much. Happy and Healthy New Year, Terry.

claudia

Awesome job Terry! You met this blogging challenge with style and aplomb.

No prize please. My friendship with you is the real prize.

Cara

Congratulations! I will look forward to your next post - no matter when it comes. Happy New Year my friend - I hope to see you more in '09!

Debbie

I have to admit, even though I wasn't here for all of it, I too will miss the "journey" with you. I think you should give yourself a big pat on the back for following through. I don't blog and I don't know who comes up with these challenges but some of them are interesting. At different times throughout the year I felt like you were being tortured and yet you came back. Congratulations on a job well done and Happy New Year!

Suzanne

Congrats on all the posts.

Have a very Happy New Year!

Lisa McGuire

As I've stated before, I will miss you greatly, just as much as everybody here. Your purls of wisdom and outlook through blue-colored glasses has made a difference in my life...ok, maybe too sappy,...just, I will look forward to your future postings. Congrations on your 365(+) days of posts AND still being married. Enjoy your time off and have a great New Year!! :)What ever willyou do with all this extra time?

Lisa McGuire

oops, slow computer. :)

Tammy

Congratulations and thank you for sharing your year with us! T

Linda M

thank you very much for sharing the year with your readers (known and unknown). I haven't commented much but I've read faithfully and will miss your daily entries. I hope less blogging means more knitting for you and I will look forward to reading whatever you choose to share. Happy New Year.

Danielle

Congratulations for reaching the end. I had no doubts that once you set your mind to it, you'd do it! I couldn't keep up with you every day (sometimes I'd read a week at once) but it was nice to hear from you. Now, rest up and focus on doing good things for yourself!

Annie

Sincere congratulations on making it for the 14! months. I tried for just a month and couldn't pull it off (although I think I will try again--I miss writing). Good for you! Best wishes for 2009.

sandy

Congrats, Terry~ WE did it. It was hard, it was wonderful (in retrospect). I'm glad it's over. I'm proud of you, my friend
xoxo

Walden

Congrats, I think you definitely proved something to yourself by making it. It is too bad you won't be continuing with the 365, but I am sure if you are ending, then that is what is right for you. I am fairly new to having my own blog and I intend to try to blog 365 in 2009, hopefully I will succeed. Hope to see you still blog though.

Maryse

it was good to see you on thursday. happy new year and congratulations on making it through a year.

by the way, i'm still blogging every day. although not as prolifically as you did/are.

Sarah

Happy New Year- i have loved your posts and, even if they are a little more sporadic, will look forward to hearing from you in 2009.

Julie

I don't know how you "year long bloggers" did it, but I'm glad you did. I didn't comment often, but I have enjoyed reading and learning more about you over the past year.

Happy New Year!
