Ten On Tuesday

Ten Things You Think Are Cool.  Wow.  I think so many things are cool.  Or boggle my mind.    Let's see if I can narrow it down to a few things that have recently caught my attention.

1. Have you seen the new iPod Nano?  Record video!  FM tuner!  Save song info!  And the new Nano costs less than last year's new Nano cost.  How do they do that?  Well, the why is no secret I guess, I'm actually thinking of getting one and mine isn't a year old yet. 
2. Speaking of Apple, everytime I use Pete's iPhone I have to separate my brain from it or it will explode.  It is science fiction!  All of that information, directions, email, phone, calendar, synced to a computer..........ALL IN THE PALM OF THE HAND!!!!!  I need to let my mind rest after thinking about it.
3. Have you really thought about how you can get in a metal tube in Boston and be in San Francisco before the morning is out?  Honestly, if you think about it.....
4. Skype.  This prompted DisneyWorld to change part of the Spaceship Earth attraction because the former "future" is now the present. 
5. Quilts.  These.  These.  How about these in batiks?  I love this one.  The creativity with fabric amazes me constantly.
6. Google image search.  You can find pictures of anything with that!  I love it.
7. The color blue.  Very, very cool.
8. Check this out!  Did you see this one?  Wow.  I told you.  Very cool.
9. Katie's Ten Cool Things List.  Really cool stuff.
10. Reading and books.  If you can read you can do anything, even learn to be cool.

Ninety-one.  You know what isn't cool?  My memory, I can't remember sh*t!  So there are so many cool things that I would have loved to share, but hello!  I can't remember them.  What is cool to you?  I love cool things, tell me!

No kidding, there's so much that's cool now that a list of just 10 is limiting... Totally agree that quilts are cool.

But I do think the Rice Terraces in the Philippines you linked to is very cool!

Turning a mess of fluff into yarn is still cool to me, even after all these years. I love that.
