Thanks to everybody who left a comment yesterday! Wishes for a Happy New Year are well accepted and sent back at you. Thanks to all of you that come by and encourage me in my nutty-ness and consider me a friend, I am glad to have you all in my life. Some of you encourage me with presents (and you know who you are, thanks yous are coming!), encouraging me with presents makes me cry and laugh and get a really great feeling inside. Presents really aren't necessary, just a "hey!" every once in a while goes a long way to also making me laugh and cry and get a really great feeling inside. I really pray that 2010 is better than 2009 in a lot of ways. I can't say it started off with a bang, but if it goes up from here then I have a lot to look forward to.
I sat here all day looking at something that I wanted to photograph and write a post about. If it was summer I would have had additional hours of daylight to look at said something (and there is a ninety percent chance I still would have procrastinated until dark). Maybe tomorrow. Don't get your hopes up, it isn't that great a something, just a something to count as a post.
So instead I went on a search of blue ornaments that might complement my white tree. Now you can take pleasure in or suffer it as you will.

2010, two. I just might make it Christmas all year long if you don't watch it. Or if you do. Or maybe you won't if I do. Or maybe I do and you don't I'll, I'll..... Oh whatever!
Yesterday in Nordstrom I saw a Judith Jack ornament made with marcasites and blue enamel. It was very heavy and would break any branch and it was a little spendy, but beautiful. Blue ornaments would be a fun thing to collect all year.

Pretty ornaments -- especially the ones that have white or sparkles on the blue!
